Painting Over

This is a new as yet to be titled painting ( any suggestions) that was painted over the top of this painting

Fragments a Mixed Media painting that is no more.

I thing i resolved the above painting, but after a month of so it just did not please me so I covered it with a thin layer of white gesso that preserved the heavy textured base of concrete and other texturing compounds and proceeded to use the following study as a basis for shapes to create what I hope is  a more pleasing image. Here is the study of a river bed that was my jumping off point.
