Next month at Amato's Gallery in Beaverton on Saturday the 4th of Dec. from 2 to 4 is the opening of the tree's show. Each of the gallery artist's were asked to create a sculptural Holiday tree.
Mine is a deconstructed cone with spheres and cubes, in 2D parlance, triangles, circles and squares. the building blocks of form in drawing.
I made it in to a mobile and here are some shots of it.
These give the flavor of the object it is about 30 inches from top to bottom and about 15 inches at is widest point. All the special trees will be on a silent auction from the opening until the 18th, I believe.
If you are in Beaverton please stop in for the opening.
Thanks for reading and let me know what you think.
